Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the item is right for you. Digital products may include downloadable files, templates, printables, digital planners, graphics, or other instant-access content.

If you have trouble accessing your files or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at digitalordersupport@charmingvibesco.com. We will be happy to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds may only be considered in limited situations, such as:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is damaged or cannot be opened
• There was a duplicate purchase by mistake

Because digital items cannot be physically returned, refunds will not be given for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description.
